Not On The Project List

I finished a quilt that is not on the Project List.  An extra quilt that is complete and ready to live in it's forever home.

It's all quilted, bound, and labeled.  Ready to go!  I am giving this quilt to a friend who keeps bees.  She said something about using it for a fund raiser, but even if she keeps it for herself, I'm ok with that.  Hope she enjoys it.

Nine Patch

The Nine Patch is further along.  Yesterday I pulled out my bin of Homespun fabrics and cut some 12.5 inch solid blocks.  Then, using the design floor, I figure out how to set the nine patch blocks with the solid blocks.  It's all ready to sew!  YEA!

I showed this one to you a couple of posts ago, but didn't really give much information about it.  I found the center panel a couple of years ago and used the pattern "Sidelights".  You can find the pattern here

I also have located some backing fabric in my stash and hope to get it pin basted soon.

Week 24 Of Project 52

Week 24 of Project 52 will be the quilt I want to make using my Bee fabric.  I have fabric from Deb Strain.  I have some yardage, a layer cake and a charm pack.  I have patterns I have added to the box as I couldn't decide which pattern to use.  So this week my goal is to get a pattern picked and a quilt cut out.
