Look, a new rug!
I made a run to use in front of the sink in the kitchen. I used old jeans and an old top sheet to create the fabric. I made it like you would make a rag quilt. But, instead of cutting the edges into a fringe, I sewed them down. I have made other rugs like this. I love how easy they are to wash and dry.
UGH! I've been working on some blocks for a block exchange and all of them came out a quarter inch too small on just one side. UGH!
I'm going to keep all those blocks for myself and cut them down to another size. I'm now in the process of cutting out new blocks. Good thing this block was done scrappy and I have plenty of fabric to make another batch of blocks. LOL
