That's The Way It Is

I didn't work on the borders last night, that's the way it is sometimes.  I did work on an Easy Street block instead.

Life gets in the way.  I had errands to run after work, then fix dinner and clean up.  By the time that was done, plus this being my first day back to work, I was done in.  So I worked on the Easy Street block.  Not much thinking required.  Not that sewing the borders did either, but I'm really loving how the blocks look.  So it's borders tonight.

I'm rethinking my schedule, too.  I'm at my best in the morning so maybe I should be sewing instead of being on the computer.  But, the computer time is when I drink my first cup of coffee.  Decisions, decisions......

Amen to EVERYTHING in this post! I am definitely at my best in the morning for things involving creativity (and a brain). I am trying to learn to save the housework, cooking and other responsibilities for later in the day, when I am brainless. But I have to have my tea with the computer every morning after I get my daughter off to school...

In stitches,
Teresa :o)

Karen we need about an extra 10 hours a day don't we? I keep trying to get up a little earlier each day but then I am exhausted at night, hard to cheat the body anymore!
